Eazeebox is building a technology-enabled B2B commerce platform for electrical retailers. We help retailers discover products and prices, order inventory, and receive dependable, fast fulfilment from our local distribution network.
Our objective is to become the preferred procurement and business-growth partner for electrical retailers.

The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to build and manage Eazeebox's marketing function.
This is not a role limited to social media, advertising, or coordinating agencies. You will own the complete marketing funnel—from identifying target retailer segments and generating qualified leads to activating retailers, increasing repeat engagement, executing local-market campaigns, and measuring business impact.
You will work with internal sales, category, operations,



product, and design teams while using agencies, freelancers, automation, and AI tools to increase execution capacity. Since this is currently a lean marketing function, you must be comfortable developing the strategy as well as personally executing key parts of it.

Key Responsibilities
1. Retailer Acquisition
• Develop the retailer acquisition strategy for each city and micro-market.
• Identify priority retailer segments, clusters, associations, markets, and acquisition channels.
• Build campaigns that generate qualified retailer leads for the sales team.
• Create retailer referral, advocacy, and partnership programmes.
• Work with the sales team to improve lead qualification, conversion, onboarding, and first-order rates.
• Test and scale acquisition channels based on their cost and commercial impact.
2. Retailer Activation and Engagement
• Develop the communication journey from retailer
