Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Technical Sales Specialist will identify and engage potential customers, present technical solutions using Lighting Controls, Workplace Occupancy Sensors, BMS, IAQ, Motorised Blinds and demonstrate how these offerings improve energy efficiency and workplace performance. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations,



responding to technical and commercial inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs. The role also involves maintaining solid customer relationships, providing post-sales technical support, and tracking sales activities to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications
Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, with experience in presenting and selling technology or building automation solutions.
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Technical Support, with the ability to troubleshoot solutions and assist customers during and after implementation.
Solid Customer Service skills, focused on relationship building, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
