Role Description The Barista role at MITTI Café is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, assist with basic food preparation,



and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café area. Daily responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating coffee machines and other equipment safely, handling payments, and ensuring that all items are presented in a consistent, high-quality manner. The Barista will engage warmly with guests, support an inclusive environment, collaborate with team members, and follow health, safety, and quality standards set by MITTI Café. This role contributes directly to MITTI Café’s mission of creating dignified livelihoods and welcoming spaces for all.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess Barista skills, including basic knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage making, and safe operation of café equipment.
