Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position supports the sales team in managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of consulting engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking lead pipelines, following up with prospective clients, assisting with sales presentations, and maintaining accurate sales reports and documentation.



The role also involves gathering market insights, supporting negotiation processes, and helping implement sales strategies that align with client goals and company objectives. The Assistant Sales Manager collaborates closely with senior sales leadership to meet revenue targets and deliver a qualified client experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead management, client outreach, and support in negotiations.
2-4 year of experience in real estate sales.
Competence in relationship management and communication, with the ability to build trust and interact effectively with B2B clients.
Solid organizational and analytical skills for maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and interpreting market data.
