Role Description The Business Development Executive will focus on driving growth for JadeCaps by identifying recent business opportunities and expanding the partner and owner network. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads,



conducting outreach via calls, meetings, and presentations, and nurturing relationships with potential property owners and corporate clients. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring smooth onboarding and account management. The Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, gather market intelligence, and provide feedback to refine go-to-market strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of converting prospects into long-term partners.
Strong understanding of Business fundamentals, including sales pipelines, revenue targets, and customer value propositions.
