We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of paid acquisition, continuously experiment, and scale campaigns profitably across channels.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist with a demonstrated track record of managing and scaling digital advertising campaigns. You should be comfortable working with numbers, testing creatives and audiences, identifying growth opportunities, and making decisions based on CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and contribution margins - not vanity metrics.
Experience working with D2C, wellness, nutraceutical, supplements, health, beauty, or consumer brands will be strongly preferred.

What you'll own:
Plan, execute, and optimise performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, Blinkit Ads, and other relevant acquisition platforms.




Own campaign performance across the funnel - from awareness and traffic to conversion and repeat purchase.
Manage campaign structures, audiences, budgets, bidding strategies, retargeting, and scaling.
Continuously test creatives, hooks, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and offers to improve performance.
Track and optimise key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, and MER.
Analyse performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for profitable growth.
Should be competent enough to create engaging creatives to translate campaign insights into high-performing ad concepts.
Build structured testing frameworks for new creatives, audiences, channels, and offers.
Monitor attribution and tracking across platforms, including Meta Pixel/CAPI, GA4, UTMs, and Shopify analytics.
Conduct competitor, category, consumer, and market research to identify new growth opport
