Role Description The Site Coordinator – Interior Projects is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior design and construction projects. This position coordinates between designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project plans are understood, schedules are followed, and work meets quality and safety standards.



The Site Coordinator monitors site progress, manages materials and inventory, resolves on-site issues, and keeps accurate records of work completed. The role includes conducting regular site inspections, reporting project status to management, and ensuring that all activities align with approved designs, timelines, and budgets. The Site Coordinator will also assist with client walkthroughs, address queries professionally, and contribute to continuous improvement of in office processes.
Qualifications
Experience in site coordination or supervision for interior fit-out, renovation, or construction projects, preferably in residential or commercial interiors.
Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, tracking progress, managing materials, and ensuring timely completion of work.
Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications, and translate them
