Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for a growing digital and technology-focused team. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support leadership in workforce planning,



and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. Day-to-day activities include coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining HR records, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration, conducting training and development initiatives, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
