Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role is based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and developing recent business opportunities in pharmaceutical, chemical, and food processing markets, and nurturing relationships with existing clients.



The Business Development Manager will prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, collaborate with engineering and production teams to align solutions with customer requirements, and coordinate bids and contract negotiations. Daily responsibilities include market research, pipeline management, forecasting sales, attending industry events, and providing regular activity and performance reports to leadership. The role also requires close coordination with international teams to support global accounts and ensure consistent customer experience.
