About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance and repair activities across industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards while coordinating manpower, materials, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day maintenance and repair activities at industrial sites.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials,



and equipment for site execution.
Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain daily work reports, site records, and material consumption reports.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and statutory regulations.
Identify site issues and implement timely corrective actions.
Verify work measurements and support billing and project documentation.
Promote a safe and disciplined work workplace.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
5–7 years of experience in industrial maintenance or civil construction projects
Experience in maintenance of industrial plants, factories, warehouses, or pharmaceutical facilities will be preferred.
