Role Description The Senior Business Development Representative is a full-time, in office role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role is responsible for driving new business opportunities, identifying and qualifying leads, and expanding the company’s client base across outdoor, event, media, creative, and digital services. Daily activities include prospecting and cold outreach,



managing inbound inquiries, conducting needs assessments, and presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients. The individual will prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales pipelines, meeting revenue targets, and reporting regularly to leadership on market trends and business performance.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to manage prospecting, outreach, and qualification across multiple channels.
Strong Sales and Business Development skills, including opportunity management, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, deliver client presentations, and build long-term relationships.
