We are currently retained by a leading Ecommerce Company to hire a Total Rewards Manager for them. This is a managerial role and requires someone with the right experience and expertise in develop and implement C&B; programs.

This role will offer you a great opportunity to lead the various aspects of large processes in designing Benefits and Rewards programs in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible to administer and manage company's employee C&B; programs. You would be responsible for Interaction with operational leaders in different business verticals.

Key Responsibilities :
- Designing a comprehensive Total Rewards package to meet the needs of a changing workforce
- Evaluating the costs and benefits of wellness programs, life and long-term care insurance, and employee assistance programs
- Planning, developing, evaluating and communicating techniques for compensating employees
- Evaluating job positions for classification, status and salary requirements
- Advising management on resolving perks issues




- Building and maintaining relationships with health and retirement plan providers
- Assisting employees by explaining benefits and appealing decisions made by insurance companies
- Reviewing vendor invoices, resolving disputes, and reporting on fees and costs

To fit the bill, you must be :
- MBA in Human Resources from a Top B School
- 4+ years of experience in Total Rewards
- Strong understanding of various benefits programs in market, Latest trends, Cost benefit analysis, benefits design and implementation is preferred
- Prior experience of working in a startup
- Prior experience of working in an e-commerce/logistics company
