Role Description The Gen AI Solutions Architect will lead the design and implementation of generative AI solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architectures. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining end-to-end solution architectures, guiding development teams on best practices, integrating AI services and platforms into existing systems, and ensuring security, compliance, and performance standards are met. The role involves consulting with clients on Gen AI use cases, creating reference architectures and technical roadmaps, and supporting proof-of-concept initiatives and production deployments. The architect will also mentor team members, contribute to reusable frameworks and accelerators, and stay current with emerging Gen AI technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Solid Solution Architecture skills for designing end-to-end Gen AI and cloud-native solutions,



including reference architectures, scalability, security, and reliability.
Consulting and stakeholder management experience to elicit requirements, advise on Gen AI use cases, and align technical solutions with business outcomes.
Hands-on Software Development experience with modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) and familiarity with Gen AI/ML libraries and APIs.
Integration expertise in connecting AI services with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and microservices architectures.
Business Process understanding to map workflows, optimize processes through automation, and design solutions that improve operational efficiency.
15+ years of overall IT experience, including several years in solution architecture for AI, data, or cloud-based systems.
Practical experience with Gen AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) and LLM-based solution design.
