Role Description The Operational Excellence Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Vishakapatnam, responsible for driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and business operations. This role oversees the identification, analysis, and optimization of processes to enhance efficiency,



quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading operational excellence initiatives, facilitating problem-solving workshops, implementing standardized workflows, and tracking performance through KPIs and dashboards. The manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams in production, quality, supply chain, and engineering to execute improvement projects and sustain gains. The role also involves mentoring team members on best practices, supporting change management, and ensuring that operational excellence methodologies are embedded in daily operations.
