Role Overview
We are looking for passionate Junior Sales Engineers to promote and sell PTC Engineering Solutions including Creo, Windchill, Codebeamer, ThingWorx, and related digital engineering platforms. This role is ideal for engineering graduates who enjoy interacting with customers, understanding technical challenges, and building a career in B2B technology sales.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate and qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and customer outreach.
● Understand customer engineering and manufacturing challenges.
● Promote PTC solutions such as Creo, Windchill, Codebeamer, and ThingWorx.
● Schedule product demonstrations with the Application Engineering team.
● Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships.




● Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
● Support proposal preparation and commercial discussions.
● Work closely with technical and sales teams to achieve business targets.

Eligibility
● B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electronics, Aerospace, Automobile, or related Engineering disciplines)
● Freshers to 2 years of experience
● Immediate joiners preferred
● Solid communication and presentation skills
● Willingness to travel when required
● Passion for technology and customer engagement
