Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Design Manager – Architecture with proven experience in handling large-scale Residential, Commercial and Mixed-Use projects. The candidate will lead design development, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design from concept to detailed design and construction documentation.
Manage and mentor architectural project teams.
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior and other consultants.
Manage client presentations, design reviews and stakeholder coordination.
Ensure compliance with building codes, project requirements and design standards.
Monitor project deliverables, timelines, quality and coordination.
Support design optimization, value engineering and technical problem-solving.




Ensure effective BIM and multidisciplinary coordination.
Project Experience
Experience in large-scale:
Residential – High-rise, multi-tower and large residential developments.
Commercial – Corporate offices, IT/ITES, business parks and commercial developments.
Mixed-Use – Integrated residential, commercial and retail developments.
Qualification & Skills
B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
COA Registration preferred.
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of BIM workflows and Navisworks is an advantage.
Strong design, technical, leadership, communication and client-management skills.
