About the role
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Executive who thrives in the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing. You will be the face of cube.ms in the market, identifying opportunities, building relationships, delivering compelling product demos, and ensuring clients achieve success post-onboarding.This is a hunter's role with a solid layer of account management — ideal for someone who loves the thrill of the chase but also knows how to nurture and grow what they've won.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Mining & Market Research?
Identify and build targeted prospect lists through platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, industry databases, and other channels.
Research company profiles,



decision-makers, buying signals, and competitor landscapes to build a rich pipeline.
Maintain and continuously enrich the CRM database with accurate, actionable data.

Outreach & Lead Generation
Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn, phone, and referrals.
Craft personalised outreach messaging that resonates with target personas (founders, CXOs, product/tech heads).
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and move them efficiently through the funnel.

Hunting & Business Development
Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, discovery calls, proposal, negotiation, to deal closure.
Develop and execute strategies to consistently hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Represent cube.ms at networking events, industry meetups, and conferences to build brand presence and source opportunities.
