We are looking for someone who can figure things out and make growth happen.
Not just a Meta Ads person.
Not just a social media person.
Not just someone who makes reports.
We need a Growth Generalist who can understand a product, find its audience, build the funnel, test ideas, analyse numbers and keep improving until it works.
What you'll work on
SGA is building education products for students across Maharashtra — from academic preparation to career, leadership and real-world learning.
You will work across the complete growth journey:
Attention → Lead → WhatsApp → Qualification → Sales → Admission → Retention
What you'll actually do
Run and optimise Meta / Google performance campaigns
Create and test ad hooks, offers, creatives and audiences
Build simple, high-converting landing pages & funnels
Design WhatsApp lead journeys and follow-ups
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-admission conversion
Track CAC, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS and funnel drop-offs




Set up and improve CRM / automation workflows
Conduct rapid A/B experiments
Research students, parents, competitors and new markets
Identify current growth channels beyond paid ads
Work with creators/designers to produce content that actually converts
Test referral, school, community and local-partner growth models
Use AI aggressively for research, execution, automation and experimentation
Build dashboards that tell us what to do next, not just what happened
We would love someone who
Is naturally curious and extremely internet-native
Understands marketing + sales + product + data
Loves experimenting
Can execute without waiting for perfect instructions
Knows enough tech to work with Shopify, landing-page builders, analytics, CRM and automation tools
Can write decent copy
Can look at numbers and spot problems quickly
Understands Indian / Maharashtra consumer behaviour
Is comfortable talking directly with customers when research is needed
