✅ Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years of Software Engineering experience developing applications/services on public cloud infrastructure




• 2+ years of Cloud IaC / infrastructure deployment pipeline experience
• 2+ years of Agentic AI development experience
• Hands-on experience with RAG and Vector Databases
• Experience developing with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic
• Strong understanding of AI-powered application architecture
• Proven technical leadership and technology strategy experience
• Experience leading and mentoring distributed engineering teams
• Ability to work effectively in a follow-the-sun / asynchronous workplace
• Upper-intermediate English communication skills
