Position: Delivery In-Charge – Sales

Job Summary:
Madhuban Toyota is looking for a customer-focused and organized Delivery In-Charge to manage the complete vehicle delivery process and ensure a smooth, memorable experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage vehicle deliveries as per the scheduled timelines.
* Ensure vehicles are clean, ready, and properly inspected before delivery.
* Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accessories, Insurance, Finance and RTO teams for timely delivery.
* Verify all vehicle and customer documents before handover.
* Conduct vehicle handover and explain basic vehicle features, controls and functions to customers.
* Ensure all promised accessories, documents and items are handed over correctly.




* Maintain accurate delivery records and reports.
* Coordinate delivery appointments with customers and sales consultants.
* Handle customer queries during the delivery process professionally.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and follow dealership delivery standards and processes.
* Support the Sales team in creating a positive customer delivery experience.

Candidate Profile
* Experience: 3–5 years in Automobile Dealership / Sales / Vehicle Delivery.
* Good knowledge of cars and basic automobile features.
* Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
* Good coordination and time-management skills.
* Presentable, confident and customer-oriented.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership setting.
* Automobile industry experience preferred.
