About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI-focused strategies.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPA and ROAS.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for maximum ROI.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend effectively.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages,



and campaign strategies.
Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
Work closely with design, content, and web development teams to improve conversion rates.
Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics.
Experience managing lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
