JOB DESCRIPTION – AOSE (Admission outreach Student Engagement) – Marketing Executive

About the Role
We are looking for agile, confident, and target-oriented Marketing Executives to strengthen the university’s presence at the ground level, build relationships with schools and educational institutions, generate prospective student leads, and support student admissions and outreach initiatives.
This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel, networking, relationship building, and direct interaction with School Principals, Teachers, Counsellors, Students, Parents, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Student Engagement & Lead Generation
Drive structured student engagement through school visits, seminars, workshops, career sessions, education fairs and other outreach activities to generate qualified student leads.
2. Student Counselling & Admission Conversion




Counsel prospective students and parents on Shivalik University programmes, career opportunities, eligibility, scholarships and admission processes, with a clear focus on converting enquiries into admissions.
3. Campus Visit & Admission Facilitation
Proactively engage prospective students and motivate them for Shivalik University campus visits, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up to move students towards admission.
4. School & Institutional Outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with School Principals, Vice Principals, Teachers, Counsellors, Coordinators, Coaching Institutes, Tuition Centres and other education stakeholders.
5. School Engagement Programme Execution
Plan and execute University-led school engagement and awareness programmes, including career counselling, seminars, workshops and student interaction activities, to strengthen institutional connect and create a continuous student pipeline.
