Role Description
The Account Officer is a full-time, in office role based at the ITM SLS Baroda University campus in Vadodara. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including preparation and maintenance of financial records, ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.



The Account Officer will assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensure compliance with relevant financial policies and regulations. Responsibilities include handling fee collections, vendor payments, and other receivables and payables, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting internal and external audits. The role also requires regular interaction with students, staff, and external stakeholders to address finance-related queries and provide timely, courteous service.

Qualifications
Strong finance and accounting knowledge, including experience with Finance and Financial Statements.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
Proficient Communication abilities for clear reporting, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
