We are hiring for the role of Associate – Risk Management in Mumbai.
The role is part of the firm’s Risk & Governance function and will support quality management, compliance, conflict checks, monitoring, documentation, reporting, and other risk management initiatives across the firm and network entities.

Key areas of work include:
• Ethics & independence compliance
• Quality management reviews and monitoring activities
• Policies, SOPs, and process creation, implementation, and change management
• Contractual risk review and documentation support
• Internal and external quality reports drafting
• Stakeholder coordination and reporting

We are looking for candidates who are:
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable with documentation and structured processes
• Interested in governance, compliance, risk management,



and audit quality
• Solid in written and verbal communication
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, or related fields
• CA Inter / ACCA / CS / CMA / MBA candidates (completed or pursuing) preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in audit, compliance, risk management, documentation, or related areas
• Freshers with relevant internship/articleship exposure may also apply
