Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our Calicut team. The role involves communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information about our services, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about our services and processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate client records, documents, and service-related information.
Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, applications, and requirements.
