About the Role:

Tekion is seeking an experienced and data-driven Lead FinOps Analyst to spearhead our cloud financial operations and cost optimization strategy. In this role, you will partner with engineering, product, and finance teams to create a culture of financial accountability, ensuring cost transparency, optimized cloud usage,



and strategic planning that aligns with Tekion’s fast-paced growth and innovation. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities:

· FinOps Strategy & Ownership:
o Lead the implementation and evolution of FinOps practices across the organization.
o Develop frameworks for cloud cost governance, budgeting, forecasting, and usage optimization.
o Own the strategy and execution of cloud financial reporting and act as a key liaison between technical and finance teams.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Partner with engineering, DevOps, finance, and procurement teams to drive cloud cost accountability and strategic cloud investment.
o Align cloud spending with product priorities, while helping stakeholders make data-informed decisions.
o Support chargeback/showback models to ensure explicit cost allocation and business unit ownership.
