We're Hiring | Project Head -(COCO & Franchise) for Retail Brand in Delhi/NCR
? Salary: Up to ₹45 LPA
? Experience: 15–18 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of current stores and conversion projects across COCO & Franchise formats.
• Manage space planning, layouts, fixtures, interiors, civil work and fit-outs.
• Coordinate with Retail, Operations, Design, VM, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain teams for seamless execution.
• Conduct site reviews, monitor quality and resolve execution-related issues.
• Ensure store readiness, snag closure and timely handover to Operations.
• Drive projects as per timelines, quality standards and business requirements.
