Role Description This full-time on-site Software Engineer role is based in Bhubaneswar. The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain software components and back-end services, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and maintainable code, participating in code reviews, debugging and resolving issues, and collaborating with product and QA teams to deliver current features. The role also involves documenting technical solutions, optimizing existing systems,



and staying current with emerging tools and frameworks relevant to the technology stack.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern language (such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript).
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application in production systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team, communicate clearly, and follow structured development practices (version control, issue tracking, testing).
Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases, RESTful services, and software debugging tools is
