Company Description Saarthi Studios is an integrated content studio based in Ahmedabad, founded by National Award–winning producer Ashish Patel of *Hellaro*. The studio creates Gujarati cinema, including feature films, web series, and video songs, along with ad films, brand and corporate films, government content, and music in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Role Description The Sales and Production Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The person in this role will manage client relationships, drive recent business opportunities, and oversee sales pipelines for film, digital, and branded content projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand project requirements, preparing proposals and budgets, negotiating terms, and ensuring clear communication throughout the production lifecycle.



The role also involves planning and tracking production schedules, collaborating with creative and technical teams, managing resources, and monitoring deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards. The Sales and Production Manager will work closely with leadership to align project strategies with studio goals and contribute to sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Strong sales, client relationship management, and business development skills for media, entertainment, or creative industries
Experience in production management, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor coordination
Ability to collaborate with creative teams (writers, directors, producers, editors) and translate client needs into clear production plans
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi is highly beneficial
