Job Description
Job Title: Payroll Executive
Experience: 6 Months to 2 years

Key Responsibilities Area
1. Statutory Compliance & Regulatory Governance
Execute end-to-end Provident Fund (PF) administration, including monthly PF Challan Working, uploading monthly ECRs, updating PF Date of Exit, and filing PF Joint Declarations for employee data updates.
Manage monthly Skilled Tax (PT) Challan Working across state jurisdictions, ensuring accurate slab calculations and timely filings for Mumbai and Kolkata offices.
Oversee monthly ESIC Challan Working and statutory compliance schedules specifically for regional branch operations in Mumbai and Kolkata.
Drive full ownership of UAN / Member ID Generation for all new joinees during onboarding to maintain 100% compliance from Day 1.
Draft and compile periodic Compliance Obligation Reports and coordinate the fil
