Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The individual in this position will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and generate qualified leads through research, outreach, and networking. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client discovery calls, presenting AM2PM Support’s services, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.



The Business Development Executive will maintain ongoing relationships with key accounts, monitor customer satisfaction, and provide feedback to operations and marketing teams to refine service offerings. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, reporting on results, and contributing to strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business strategy.
Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and pipeline management.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interactions and presentations.
Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and relationship building.
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer service outsourcing is preferred.
