Essential Duties & Responsibilities





The Operations Manager is accountable for, but not limited to:

Site inspections: Conduct inspections, prepare notes, budgets, itineraries, and timelines.
Vendor management: Utilize BCD M&E; preferred hotel agreements and approved DMCs; negotiate and purchase ground transportation, entertainment, and décor.
Financial oversight: Ensure timely supplier/vendor payments, manage deposits, reconcile final billing, and oversee program budgets.
Program coordination: Develop and implement agendas, proposals, and event overviews; conduct pre- and post-program briefings.
Sourcing: Identify destinations, hotels, venues, and air options aligned with departmental goals.
Attrition management: Track cancellations, deposits, and vendor schedules.
Creative direction: Facilitate participant communications, including save-the-dates, registration, gifts, signage, and name badges.
