Job Title: Sales Engineer

Job Summary
Reliserv Solution is hiring a motivated Sales Engineer for Product Sales within the Electrical Engineering domain. This is an in-house, no-field-work role focused on selling high-value electrical products and solutions related to substations, protection systems, and numerical relays.

Roles and Responsibilities
Drive product sales of electrical components and solutions related to substations, protection systems, and numerical relays
Respond to technical product inquiries from customers; provide accurate specifications and recommend suitable solutions
Prepare competitive and accurate product quotations and follow up proactively until order closure
Handle price negotiations, manage customer objections, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for product pricing, delivery schedules, and technical documentation
Generate new leads and identify fresh product sales opportunities across target markets




Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure correct product selection and pre-sales/post-sales support
Track and update the sales pipeline; prepare regular performance, forecast, and MIS reports
Work closely with marketing and business development teams on promotional campaigns and product launches
Stay updated on current product launches, technical specifications, and competitor offerings in the electrical domain
Participate in internal sales meetings, product training sessions, and sales strategy discussions
Maintain seamless communication and documentation using Google Docs, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and MS Office
Support team coordination efforts and contribute to reports evaluation and special projects as assigned

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Electrical) – Mandatory
1 to 5 years of experience in product sales within the electrical, power, or industrial sector
Strong understanding of electrical substation comp
