Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
• Identify and research potential clients on LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Snov.io, and other prospecting platforms.
• Build targeted lead lists based on industry, geography, and decision-maker profiles.
• Use personalized outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email sequences, and other channels to initiate conversations.

Meeting Scheduling:
• Engage prospects through effective messaging to secure discovery and sales meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover or involvement in meetings if needed.
• Maintain a robust calendar of qualified appointments weekly/monthly.

Sales & Closing:
• Understand client pain points and pitch digital marketing solutions accordingly (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO,



Social Media Management).
• Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to convert leads into clients.
• Manage negotiation and closure of deals independently or with leadership support.

CRM & Reporting:
• Maintain up-to-date lead and opportunity data in CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or equivalent).
• Track outreach performance, response rates, and deal pipeline metrics.
• Provide regular reports on lead gen, meetings set, and deals closed.

Collaboration & Strategy:
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align pitches with agency capabilities.
• Share feedback from market conversations to help refine positioning and offerings.
• Keep up with trends in digital marketing and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
2+ Years experience in agency-based sales role in Digital Marketing field.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
