We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Automate DeveloperConsultant with 5-10 years of IT experience and robust expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate. The ideal candidate will design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions that improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows RPA. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities across departments. Build end-to-end automation solutions integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, Azure services, SAP, and third-party applications. Develop reusable components and automation frameworks following best practices.



Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and define automation roadmaps. Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and governance standards. Optimize existing workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Create technical design documents, process documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on automation projects. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards within the Power Platform ecosystem. Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
