Role Description The Senior Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi, responsible for managing key client accounts and ensuring excellent service delivery across digital and creative projects. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, and translating them into clear project briefs for internal teams. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with strategy, creative,



and technical teams, overseeing timelines, monitoring campaign performance, and presenting results and recommendations to clients. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will also identify opportunities for account growth, handle escalations, manage expectations, and support the development of long-term client partnerships. The role requires proactive communication, structured follow-up, and a strong focus on client satisfaction and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Experience working with digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, social media, content, and creative campaigns, and the ability to interpret performance metrics for clients.
