What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
? Design (Concept & Hook Development)
The Big Idea: Brainstorm and design overarching creative concepts and messaging angles for product launches, brand campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
Voice & Tone Ownership: Establish, evolve, and guard the brand’s voice,



ensuring consistency whether a piece is casual and humorous or qualified and authoritative.
Creative Collaboration: Partner directly with Designers, Motion Graphics Artists, and Product teams to align words with visual layouts from day one.
? Plan (Messaging Strategy)
Content Mapping: Plan how core messaging frameworks translate across a user journey—from a short-form social hook to a deep-dive landing page or automated email flow.
Audience Segmentation: Research and understand different customer personas to plan copy that directly addresses their specific pain points and triggers.
SEO & Intent Strategy: Infuse keyword research naturally into web copy to plan long-term search visibility without sacrificing readability.
? Execute (Writing & Optimization)
Multi-Format Writing: Draft compelling copy across a massive range of touchpoints, including:
Short-form: Social media, performance ads (Meta/Google), push notific
