EzyFleet is looking for a hands-on, energetic & result-oriented Operations Supervisor / Executive to manage our growing Electric Commercial Vehicle fleet and delivery operations.

? WHAT YOU’LL OWN
? Fleet Operations
• Manage daily EV fleet operations across assigned locations
• Ensure maximum vehicle utilization & fleet availability
• Monitor vehicle deployment, trips & turnaround time
• Plan vehicle allocation based on daily requirements
• Track fleet performance through telematics & dashboards
• Ensure timely charging, maintenance & operational readiness
?‍✈️ Driver Management
• Manage driver attendance, onboarding & deployment
• Conduct daily briefings & ensure SOP compliance
• Monitor driver productivity, behaviour & safety
• Resolve operational & driver-related issues




• Coordinate manpower requirements

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ 1+ year experience in Logistics / Fleet / Warehouse / Loading Operations
✅ 12th Pass / Higher Secondary or above
✅ Experience in fleet/vehicle operations preferred
✅ Basic MS Excel & computer skills
✅ Good communication & team-management skills
✅ Knowledge of loading, vehicle capacity & safety procedures
✅ Comfortable working in rotational / early morning / late-night shifts
