ROLE SUMMARY
Builds and applies visual identity across print and digital — brand boards, posters, social assets and mockups — with accessibility and cultural context front of mind, and uses AI design tools to speed up production without compromising official standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Visual identity: build complete brand boards (logo/wordmark, hex palette, typography, 4+ icons, light/dark) with a rationale on accessibility, culture and legibility, shown in realistic mockups.
Print collateral: design posters with clear hierarchy — branding, headline, — accessible to semi-urban and rural audiences, shown in real-world placement.
Digital & social assets: deliver 1080×1080, 1080×1920 and 1500×500 assets that stay visually consistent with the brand board,
presented in device mockups.
AI-assisted design: generate AI image concepts with exact prompts and refinement notes, motion-graphic workflows
SKILLS & ELIGIBILITY
Minimum two years of experience
Robust command of layout, typography, colour and iconography.
Working knowledge of accessibility standards (contrast, legible sizing).
Ability to build a coherent, applicable brand system — not one-off graphics.
Practical AI-design skills with precise prompting and refinement.
Sound mockup and real-world-placement instincts across print and digital.
