Role Description The ATL / BTL professional will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive customer engagement for SpazioLiv’s interior design services. Responsibilities include developing above-the-line (ATL) strategies such as print, outdoor, and digital advertising, as well as below-the-line (BTL) activities like events, in-store promotions, partnerships, and local activations. The role involves coordinating with design, sales,



and vendor teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand positioning, delivered on time, and within budget. The ATL / BTL professional will also track performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to maximize campaign impact. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.
Qualifications
Experience in ATL activities such as print ads, outdoor media, and mass-market campaigns, with the ability to plan and manage media budgets.
Experience in BTL marketing including local events, in-store promotions, partnerships, and experiential campaigns, ideally in home interiors or lifestyle sectors.
Strong skills in marketing planning, brand positioning, and campaign execution, with an understanding of integrated marketing strategies.
Ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and prepare clear reports with actionable recommendations.
