Role Description The Quantity Surveyor role at Vasantha Constructions Private Limited is a full-time, in office position based in Ramanathapuram. The role involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), estimating project costs, and supporting cost planning throughout the project lifecycle. The Quantity Surveyor will monitor and control project expenditures, prepare cost reports, and assist in value engineering to optimize project budgets.



Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with project managers, engineers, and vendors, checking measurements, supporting tender preparation, and ensuring adherence to contractual and financial requirements.
