About the Role

We are looking for a versatile, highly creative Graphic Designer cum Video Editor with 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or brand marketing background. In this role, you will lead visual storytelling across diverse digital formats—from high-converting performance ads and brand campaigns to short-form reels and long-form video content.

We need someone who is not only skilled in traditional design and editing suites, but who actively leverages cutting-edge AI design & video tools to streamline workflows, experiment with new aesthetic formats, and scale creative output without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-impact visual assets for performance campaigns, social media, ad creatives (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), website layouts, and email marketing.
Maintain and elevate brand consistency across multiple client accounts or internal brand guidelines.
Create campaign collateral including mood boards,



pitch decks, infographics, and promotional materials.
Edit high-performing short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form content (YouTube, explainer videos, brand films).
Build engaging motion graphics, lower thirds, 2D animations, and animated UI mockups to elevate video production value.
Actively incorporate Generative AI workflows (e.g., KLING , Magnific, Runway, Omni flash, Elevenlabs) into daily ideation, asset generation, storyboarding, and post-production.
Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and platforms to automate tedious editing tasks, scale variation creation for performance testing, and propose novel visual concepts.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years of skilled experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably within a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or brand team.
