About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Embedded / Firmware Engineer to take ownership of firmware development for smart-home and connected-device products. The role will focus on building reliable, production-grade embedded systems and developing a scalable firmware foundation that can later support BMS, motor-control, and robotics applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain production-grade embedded firmware.




Develop firmware for STM32, ESP32, and similar microcontrollers.
Work with Embedded C/C++, GPIO, ADC, PWM, timers, interrupts, UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, and RS485.
Develop real-time applications using FreeRTOS/RTOS where required.
Implement Wi-Fi, BLE, MQTT, device communication, and OTA firmware updates.
Perform new PCB bring-up and troubleshoot hardware/firmware integration issues.
Implement watchdogs, fault detection, recovery mechanisms, and secure-state behaviour.
Define firmware architecture, testing procedures, documentation, and release processes.
Collaborate with electronics engineers during schematic review, PCB development, prototyping, and product validation.
Support future development of BMS, motor-control, and robotics firmware.
Required Skills
Strong Embedded C/C++ programming skills.
Hands-on experience with STM32 and/or ESP32.
Strong understanding of MCU peripherals and embedded-system architec
