Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of MEP, civil, and interior projects, ensuring that scope, timelines, and budgets are met. This full-time, in office role is based in Bengaluru and involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align requirements, schedules, and resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project activities, tracking progress, managing risks,



and resolving issues that may impact quality or deadlines. The Project Manager will supervise expediting activities, monitor inspections, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and services. The role also includes preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement in project execution and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications

Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, scope control, and risk management.
Experience with Expeditor and Expediting responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Logistics Management skills to coordinate procurement, material movement, and site deliveries.
Relevant experience in MEP, civil, or interior projects, preferably in corporate or commercial environments.
