About the Role:
RevInsight is looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative to build and scale its outbound sales motion in the US market. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with the founders, own pipeline generation, and help establish the GTM foundation of a quick-growing AI SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end outbound prospecting for the US market through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
Generate qualified meetings with VP, Director, and C-level decision-makers.




Build highly personalized outbound campaigns and multi-channel sequences.
Research target accounts and identify key buying personas.
Qualify prospects and hand over sales-ready opportunities to the Account Executive team.
Maintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking.
Work closely with founders to refine messaging, ICPs, and outbound strategies.
Continuously experiment with new prospecting approaches to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:
4–5 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS selling to the US market.
Demonstrated success in US outbound sales, consistently achieving or exceeding meeting and pipeline targets.
Strong expertise in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers in North America.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms.
