The CEFR distinguishes six levels of language competence from A1 (beginners) to C2 (near-native fluency). For each level there are corresponding exams which are widely accepted throughout the world. Role Description (Snr Teacher & Tutors)

The German Teacher will deliver interactive, learner-centered German language classes that develop reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills across different proficiency levels.





Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons as per the lesson plan, preparing teaching materials, assessing learner progress, providing individual feedback, and maintaining a active and interesting classroom environment. The teacher will also adapt instructional methods to diverse learning styles, participate in curriculum development, and contribute to internal training or meetings as needed. This is a full time, on-site role based at WE Language Institute’s campus at Bakery Junction, Trivandrum.

Qualifications
Ability to teach German effectively, with strong German Language and general Teaching skills.
Background in Education, including knowledge of learning methodologies and classroom management.
Experience in Tutoring and Training, supporting learners individually and in groups.
Proficiency in German (minimum B2/C1 level or equivalent) and strong command of English and Malayalam for instruction and communicatio
