Your job:
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for building and deploying (dockerized) applications along Festo’s CI/CD systems, guidelines and best practices
Build up testing pipelines for deployment and testing on industrial communication hardware, e.g. edge devices
Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for applications in Festo’s and customer’s environments
Create dashboards to track system health and application performance
Troubleshoot incidents and continuously improves system reliability and observability
Enforce security and secure software supply chain practices

Your qualification:
Degree in Computer science or similar proven experience
Strong skills in CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps




6 – 8 years of experience with Docker and container-based development workflows
Solid Linux and scripting knowledge (e.g. bash, python, …) for automation and troubleshooting
Experience with cloud services such as Azure Container Registry/Services is a plus
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or others
Ability to design scalable and maintainable DevOps pipelines and infrastructure
Robust collaboration skills when working with development teams and experience working inter-disciplinary along distributed teams
