- Generate new business by acquiring retail customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in sales within Financial Services (Banking, NBFC, Mutual Funds, Loans, Credit Cards, Investments, Insurance, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also apply.
