Job Description

Responsible for setting monitoring of Quality Control laboratory. 2.Responsible for sampling/verification of sampling activities and analysis of Raw Material as per the respective standard test procedure, for recording analysis details in respective test data sheet. 3.Responsible for destruction of left over sample after approval and for recording destruction details in respective test data sheet. 4.To ensure the completion of training before starting the analysis in Quality control lab. 5. Responsible for intimating to reporting authority immediately for any of the OOS, OOT, Incident, Lab Errors, Instrument breakdown observed during analysis. 6.Responsible for Analysis of Water samples,



raw material analysis both chemically and instrumently as per respective SOP. 7.Responsible for working area / instruments cleanliness, execution, reporting, completeness, work in compliance and handing over all of the executed reports/data to his reporting authority. 8.To ensure zero breach of data integrity. 9.Responsible for proper filing of documents and storage of the same at the respective place. 10.Responsible for affixing of status labels like SAMPLED Labels, APPROVED Labels etc. 11.To follow any other instruction given by reporting authority or department head.
