As we scale across Tier 2+ markets, we’re building a future-ready finance function—from robust accounting infrastructure to real-time FP&A; insights—that empowers strategic growth and compliance at scale.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end accounting operations: GL management, accruals, month-end close, and statutory reporting across multiple entities.
Design and enforce internal controls, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation compliant with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and GST regulations.
Partner with CFO to build dynamic financial models, cash flow forecasts, and KPI dashboards for investor and leadership review.
Oversee tax compliance: TDS, GSTR filings, ROC, and audit coordination with external auditors and tax consultants.
Streamline finance-tech stack by evaluating ERPs (Tally, Zoho, SAP) and automating reconciliation,



invoicing, and vendor management.
Mentor junior finance staff and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, HR, and Legal to align financial governance with business goals.
